Hi! My name is Darby, and I'm 21 years old. I began working with children at 14 years old as I volunteered in the nursery at my church on Sunday mornings, and by the age of 17, I was teaching kids church on Wednesday nights. I am now working full time as a Registered Behavioral Technician at Lighthouse Autism Center here in Warsaw, and I have been working with them since February of 2023. My role there is providing behavioral therapy to children with autism along with teaching them every-day skills! I absolutely love working with kiddos and would be honored if you gave me a chance to babysit your young ones!
