I love children! I have worked with children in many capacities for more than 15 years. I come from a big family and have always had babies and young children around. I initially started babysitting for many families. When I got older I studied Child Development and Education for my college degree. I have worked as a preschool head teacher. I currently work as a small group tutor and at an elementary school setting. I have 10 years experience working with children with special needs. I volunteered abroad to work with children in a home like setting. I love to come up with ideas for play, creative learning and behavior help. I have taken care of children ranging from infants to preteens. I like working with individual children and large groups. In my free time I love to read, play tennis and travel all over the world.

Emily was our first shot at a babysitter. After reviewing her profile and speaking with her on the phone I felt good about her and proceeded. She was on time and prepared! The kids took to her immediately and even though I missed my kids I felt good about leaving. I wasn't worried and I was right not to be. Once my husband and I got back from our movie she was happily playing with our 2 year old and keeping our 6 month old entertained at the same time. Worth every penny and will be hiring her every time we need someone!! - Thank you so much, Emily!

Emily was on time, very friendly, and very caring. A true find for us to be able to go out and not worry at all. Our son was very comfortable with her right away. Thank you so much Emily!!!
