Always on time, great with my speech delayed 3 year old, very knowledgeable

Liced got back to me very quickly after I posted my job. After exchanging a few messages she stopped by our house to meet our 16-month-old. She jumped right in and started the next day. She was very proactive and had a great attitude even while my very vocal toddler protested to a change in routine and a new person in the house. She is great about doing activities with kids like coloring, painting, singing songs, going outside, going to the library etc. She also was able to get the baby down for a nap and helped do light cleanup while baby napped. We are also trying to raise our child in a bilingual household so we loved that she spoke Spanish and sang songs in Spanish with the baby. She truly was just what I needed at exactly the right time!

Liced was a very nice and polite person. She’s very patient and sweet. She was very good with my kids and they were happy about the experience with her. Definitely recommended and I will highly call her again when I need.

Liced helped me take care of my 1yr old son while he was home recovering from RSV for a week and a half. She has a lot of experience with infants and toddlers, is playful, nurturing and was super flexible with schedule changes when I needed her help for more days than I expected. Liced will be my go to anytime I need back up care from my normal preschool arrangements. Thanks again Liced!
