Hello, I'm Lo! I manage an ABA Therapy company that provides services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I recently relocated to NJ to work on my Master's degree in Creative Music Technology, and am looking for part-time, as-needed, or urgent jobs to fulfill my passion for helping those in need as I pursue my education. I started my career in Applied Behavior Analysis as a Registered Behavior Technician, out on the frontlines delivering therapy to youth with ASD. In that position, I witnessed a lot of injustices in the mental healthcare system that were being swept under the rug. I knew I needed to make a difference, but I could only do so much within the confines of my role. So I took a leap of faith; I jumped into a leadership position and devoted my time to building and managing an ABA company that put client's needs at Read more the forefront of its operations. Before working in ABA, I provided at-home childcare, helping families actualize their kiddo's goals while juggling their own daily life. The cornerstone of my career has always been supporting children in their development. I carry a strong foundation of knowledge and passion for delivering individualized care to youth of all ages. As I switch gears toward Creative Music Technology, and my dream to build a recreational space for youth to engage with music in a safe setting, I'm drawn back to my roots – helping families and kids in need of an extra hand.
