Hi! My name is Isabella De Angelis and I am passionate about providing children with a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where they can learn, grow, and feel supported. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I have extensive experience working one-on-one with children of varying ages, abilities, and developmental needs, including children with autism and other special needs. My role has strengthened my skills in behavior management, effective communication, emotional regulation, positive reinforcement, and adapting my approach to meet each child’s unique personality and needs. In addition to my clinical experience, I have worked as an 1:1 inclusive aid, camp counselor, and nanny, giving me experience caring for children in both structured and everyday settings.
