I enjoy working with children and creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where they can learn and grow. Every child has a unique personality, and I love building relationships with them while giving parents peace of mind that their children are in good hands. I have experience caring for children through babysitting, working with families, and serving in leadership roles that required responsibility, communication, and problem-solving. I'm also a Resident Assistant at Penn State Berks, where I've developed strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills. As a Psychology student, I have a growing understanding of child development and behavior. I'm dependable, patient, organized, and a strong communicator. I'm comfortable helping with homework, planning engaging activities, preparing simple meals, and maintaining routines. My background in psychology has given me valuable knowledge about child development, and I'm always committed to creating a safe, positive environment for every child.
