Greetings! My name is Nicoletta and I am currently seeking a position as a full time nanny! I have extensive experience in and truly value caring for children of all ages (infant to teen!) through residential childcare, daycare centers, non profits, and even through the city of Fort Collins! I have had the unique privilege of being introduced to childcare from a very young age. My mother was a stay at home mom who owned her own home based childcare program, and as an observant child I learned skills such as the importance of nutrition, prioritization of scheduling and the responsibility one needs to give proper care to children of all ages. Most of all, I had a compassionate role model who showed me how rewarding working with youth can be! I have extensive experience working with residential families, though I have dabbled in after school programs, summer camps, extra Read more curricular activities, and childcare facilities! I have even had the privilege of working with Sitters Studio, an elite nanny agency based in NYC (I worked in Chicago!) I have been AED and CPR certified, and am willing to receive all necessary and up to date certifications, vaccinations, etc. (This has served me well as I have had a few situations during child care where I have stepped in and applied these skills, such as physical injuries, fainting spells and seizures.) I take a prepared and organized approach to childcare with many “tools in the toolbox” so to speak. I have found this helps alleviate stress and makes day to day play much more fun! I am a child at heart with a nurturing soul. I consider myself to be a positive person who keeps calm under pressure. When working with families, I am intuitive and meet tender needs with compassion (and am energetic and active when it’s time to play!)
