Naiana N.

My husband and I hired Naiana to be a nanny for our 4month old right as I was returning to work after Maternity Leave. It was an anxious time for me, but I felt so reassured with Naiana! She is wonderful with babies and Sophia immediately felt comfortable with her. She has aided in Sophia’s development through play, singing, sleep training and movement. In the early days she was so good at getting Sophia down for a nap and feeding her bottles when she would only take bottles from my husband and I. She also would wash bottles and fold the baby’s laundry while Sophia was napping, which was such an amazing help to me. Now that Sophia is 9months old, I can see the love that Sophia has for Naiana, as every morning Sophia has the biggest smile as soon as Naiana walks in the door! I strongly recommend hiring Naiana and I feel so lucky to have her as a part of Sophia’s life!

We’ve had Naianna with us for 2 years from when our child was a couple of months old. She is attentive and caring. Naianna is always willing to work with us and our schedule.

Naiana Naiana has babysat for us a bunch of times. We have been very happy with her care! She is a calm, trustworthy, reliable and warm caregiver. She plans the day when she is here, taking my son out to the park or museum and pays attention to the kids energy level when choosing activities but also provides structure. She also teaches a bit while being with the children not just entertaining them. She has also watched a group of kids during a special event at my son’s school. She managed a larger group of kids well and maintained her calm demeanor throughout even with a group including some more challenging personalities.
