Hi families! 💕 I’m Amiah! I’ve always really enjoyed being around children and creating fun, meaningful experiences with them. Through my church, babysitting, and nannying, I’ve had the opportunity to work with children of different ages and have realized how much I enjoy being someone they can learn, play, and feel comfortable with. I have 3 years of experience teaching toddlers through Sunday School and Vacation Bible School, as well as 2 years of babysitting experience with a 2-year-old and 4-year-old. I also spent 2 years nannying a 5-year-old, Monday–Friday from 7 AM–5 PM, where I prepared meals, planned activities, played outside, took walks, helped with learning worksheets, and worked on school preparation. I also learned how important patience and consistency are when working through behavioral challenges. I currently work in baking and cake decorating, which is a huge creative passion of mine. I’d love to bring my creativity into your home through arts and crafts, baking, games, reading, outdoor activities, and fun learning projects. 🧁🎨 I’m also a big animal lover and would be happy to help with pets! 🐶 I have experience with residential cleaning and am also open to helping with laundry, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and keeping things organized. I’ve had my driver’s license for 8 years with a clean driving record and drive a reliable Honda CR-V, so I’m happy to help with transportation when needed.
