About Me My journey into childcare began when my niece was born, and I stepped in to support my sister by caring for her daughter six days a week, nine hours a day. This early experience was not only rewarding but deeply formative—it gave me a hands-on understanding of the daily needs, rhythms, and joys of nurturing a child. When my niece was later diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), I played an active role in supporting her development. I worked closely with my sister to encourage progress in areas like speech and reading, helping to create a supportive and patient learning environment tailored to her unique needs. This experience taught me the importance of consistency, compassion, and individualized care—skills I now use with my own child, and hope to share with any families I work with.
