Finding someone you trust to care for your children is one of the most important decisions a parent can make. My goal is to provide a safe, dependable, and nurturing environment where children feel supported, engaged, and excited to learn and have fun. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Childhood and Special Education and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). I currently work as a Teaching Assistant in a self-contained special education classroom in the White Plains City School District, where I support students with a wide range of learning, communication, and behavioral needs. Before working in the school setting, I spent several summers at my local day camp, where I worked my way up from counselor to Behavior Director. In that role, I supported campers with behavioral needs, collaborated with staff and families, helped implement behavior strategies, and worked to Read more ensure every child had a safe, positive, and successful camp experience. In addition to my work in education, I have babysat for numerous families with children of all ages. Whether we’re playing outside, doing crafts, reading stories, helping with homework, or following bedtime routines, I strive to create a fun, engaging, and structured environment where children feel safe, supported, and cared for. I understand that every child is unique, and I take the time to learn each child’s personality, interests, and routines. My goal is to build trusting relationships with both children and parents by being patient, dependable, and attentive while creating meaningful experiences for the children in my care. As both an educator and caregiver, I understand the trust parents place in someone caring for their children. I take that responsibility seriously and would be honored to provide your family with reliable, compassionate, and high-quality care.
