Hi there! Ny name is Rachel R., I am 26 and have about 8 years of experience in childcare, I have 2 dogs and am in Aurora/Centennial. I was a nanny from 2015-2021, 5 years with the same family, I also worked for multiple other families before that and worked as an assistant teacher for infants and pre-k students at a daycare for a year. My experience is with children ages 8 wks-5 years and though I am completely comfortable with older and younger children as well I just don't have as much experience. I enjoy cooking, story time, arts & crafts, and anything hands on/ educational related. I do currently work full time at a doctor’s office, so I am in contact with people who do have Covid-19, its other variants, and other types of illness's i.e., Common cold, flu etc. I do however wear full protective gear when Read more in contact and if you'd like I am more than happy to wear a mask. Due to my work schedule, I am only available in the evening times Mon-Friday and weekends. When it comes to weekends, I can get booked up a couple of weeks in advanced and not just with sitting for families but for personal reasons as well, but I updated my availability asap. With that being said, I do try to avoid any set schedules, for ex: every Saturday or every other Saturday just because I can't 100% guarantee my availability and time. Other than that, if I am available, I'm comfortable working mornings, afternoons, and evenings or even all day into late nights (specifically on Saturdays). Rachel was absolutely fantastic. She was super responsive to our original follow up. We had a great introductory conversation, discussed logistics, and of course locked in a good date and time for our sitting needs. She took care of our kiddo with more than a 5 start experience, and care. She even took care of our pup, who has some medical issues. I would highly recommend reaching out to Rachel, and having her care for your kiddo/kiddos. We had a wonderful experience with Rachel as babysitter for our 1 year old and 4 year old! We were in Denver for a wedding and had never had a babysitter we didn’t know before.
