Hi! My name is Emily and I am a college student studying Health Sciences on a pre-Occupational Therapy track. I am hoping to become a pediatric occupational therapist, so I am very passionate about working with children and helping them build confidence and independence. I love being a sitter because I enjoy building relationships with kids and helping them learn and grow. I especially enjoy helping children develop new skills and supporting their individual needs. While I am early in my professional experience, I am currently gaining observation hours in occupational therapy settings and am very interested in working with children with disabilities or developmental differences. I am patient, responsible, and eager to learn. I am also very comfortable following routines, supporting behavior plans, and helping with daily activities.
