Hi! I'm local to rockhill and looking for a job close to home (10-15 mi preferably) I did private nanny & babysitting jobs for many years as I raised my son so I could stay home with him. I was a new mom and I was nervous so I totally get that. I am proficient in int fant care as I was leaf infant room teacher for Abt 8 yrs. I abided by all state rules and regulations and absolutely loved my job. I'm 52 yrs old, kinda like a young grandma w lots of early childhood education in my brain. 😊 I'm the healthiest I've ever been and able to play w the child and get on the floor etc. I love to create a day for an infant that they are cared for and feel safe and content as they can w out mom/dad. I like the infants Read more and toddlers to feel like it's a normal day and the "learning" is fun... I. E., "fine motor skills practice"=coloring or picking up pieces and putting into a container. Toy play etc. social and emotional/language/music .... Rocking. Eye contact. Smiles and singing. Reading books. There's always a lot of fun things to do! I hope you consider me for the privilege of interviewing and caring for your child.
