Dear Families, My name is Andraya Below, and I am an experienced early childhood educator with a passion for providing safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for young children. I bring several years of hands-on experience working with infants and toddlers in licensed child care settings, along with a Level 7 certification on the Wisconsin Registry. Throughout my career, I have supported children’s growth through structured routines, engaging activities, and responsive caregiving that meets each child where they are developmentally. I have worked as both an infant and toddler teacher, where I focused on creating calm, consistent environments that promote learning, emotional security, and positive behavior. I understand the importance of communication with families, maintaining routines, and adapting care to each child’s individual needs.
