My background includes daycares, preschools, after-school programs, and serving as a school bus driver. I have also been involved with a nonprofit organization that supports and mentors young girls. As a mother of a talented child with autism, I have developed a deep understanding of patience, flexibility, and individualized support for children with different needs and personalities. This experience has strengthened my ability to nurture children while helping them grow in confidence, creativity, and independence.
