Why do you love being a sitter? I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy working with children and creating a fun, positive, and safe environment for them. I enjoy getting to know each child's personality, keeping them engaged in activities, and being someone parents can trust to provide attentive and dependable care. What experience do you have? I have several years of hands on childcare experience. I began babysitting my younger sister when I was 11 years old, and I also regularly spend time caring for my three younger cousins, who are 6 years old, 4 years old, and 3 months old. This has given me experience with a variety of ages, including infants and young children. Additionally, I worked as a lifeguard for three years, where I developed strong safety, communication, and responsibility skills. What skills and training do you have? I am CPR, First Aid, and Read more Heimlich maneuver certified. My three years of experience as a lifeguard strengthened my ability to stay calm, recognize potential safety concerns, and respond appropriately in emergencies. I consider myself patient, dependable, attentive, and caring. I understand the importance of creating a safe and comfortable environment where children can have fun while parents have peace of mind.
