Hi families! Caring for kids has always been a big part of my life, from growing up around younger children to now studying Special Education at Ohio University. I love helping kids learn, explore, and feel confident while having fun. I have 8+ years of childcare experience caring for children from newborns to around 10 years old. I’ve worked as a nanny, babysitter, and afterschool caregiver and am comfortable caring for multiple children at once. I have experience with newborn routines such as bottle feeding, swaddling, and sleep schedules, and I also enjoy helping older kids with homework, crafts, games, and outdoor play. I’ve helped families with potty training and enjoy creating positive routines that help children feel confident as they learn new skills. I love planning fun and educational activities and enjoy taking kids on outings like nature trails, parks, and museum visits to keep them curious and engaged. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and valued, and I strive to create an environment where children of all abilities feel encouraged to learn, grow, and be themselves. Safety is always my top priority. I am CPR, AED, and First Aid certified through the American Red Cross and trained in seizure response and EpiPen administration. I have experience caring for children with severe allergies and special needs. Families often describe me as patient, dependable, and easy to communicate with. I’m happy to follow your family’s routines and provide updates so you always know your child is safe and having fun. Availability: I am currently finishing my semester at Ohio University and will be available to start working after May 16.
