We love Elaine! I have a 2 year old and infant twins and Elaine took such great care of them. She was our part time nanny from October 2010 - March 2011 and I have nothing bad to say. My twins were still pretty small when she started and she was super nurturing and attentive to their needs. When she started, I was an exhausted mom of multiples and she really was very understanding and helped take care of the twins. She came with me to doctors appointments, bathed them, and most of all showed them love. She even helped with the housework when the dishes piled up or my floors needed to be swept. Elaine is a great mom and an awesome nanny who respects the wishes of the parents, but also makes helpful suggestions. Additionally, when she was unable to come on a certain day, she always gave me as much notice as possible. Alicia Neal
