Hi! My name is Emma, and I have had a passion for teaching and childcare for over seven years, with experience working with children of all ages. In May 2025, I graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Early Childhood Education and hold my Early Childhood Teaching License. Over the past year, I worked in a public school as a Lead Pre-K teacher, primarily teaching 3- and 4-year-olds. As a first-year teacher leading my own classroom, I learned so much about responsibility, routines, organization, and creating a structured yet engaging environment, while also building strong and positive relationships with families. My love for working with children comes from watching them grow, learn, and build confidence in themselves. Throughout the years, I’ve gained experience through babysitting, working in after-school programs, substituting in schools, and hands-on classroom teaching. I also grew up teaching swim lessons and lifeguarding (which I still do during the summers), so safety is always a top priority for me. In addition, I teach dance at a local studio, which allows me to combine two of my greatest passions: teaching and dancing. Caring for and supporting children has always been a true passion of mine, and I value the opportunity to build meaningful connections with families while helping children learn, grow, and thrive. While my professional experience has largely been in the classroom, I am excited to explore all aspects of childcare through nannying and to work more closely with a family in a personalized setting. I look forward to bringing the knowledge and skills I have gained through my education degree into each child's daily life, creating enriching experiences tailored to their unique needs and interests. I’m excited to bring my patience, reliability, and positive energy into the world of nannying, and I can’t wait to see what this new chapter brings!
