My mother owned a home daycare when I was a child, which allowed me to gain many skills necessary to work in a childcare setting. I am currently in college to obtain my degree in social work, and plan to work in CPS once graduated. I have taken several courses on child development and early education. In addition to my college experience, I have plenty of professional experience regarding childcare. I have been babysitting for more than 10 years now, 7 of which were for one family until all three children went off to school. I currently work as a childcare supervisor in a trauma-informed setting and have done so for 3 years. I love arts and crafts, reading, and outdoor activities!
