I’ve been a full-time nanny for over 15 years, caring mostly for newborns through age five. I’ve had the privilege of working with more than 20 local families, including twins, triplets, and children with special needs. I hold CPR certification, have completed water safety courses, and can provide strong local references. Families can also count on me for safe transportation—I have a clean driving record, a reliable newer car, and I don’t smoke or drink. I love keeping kids active, engaged, and having fun. Some of my favorite activities include water play, sensory bins, arts and crafts, nature walks, dance parties, and imaginative play that sparks creativity. I’m a big kid at heart, which helps me connect naturally with children and make each day exciting while steering away from screen time. My goal is always to be an extension of the parents and support them in raising confident, motivated, and Read more kindhearted children. My caregiving style blends authoritative and gentle parenting: I set firm but reasonable boundaries, use natural consequences, and make sure feelings are always heard and validated. I am passionate about helping children grow into well-rounded, well-adjusted individuals who have the foundation they need to thrive.

We have used Lea as a Nanny for our son from about 3 to now 10 months. She cares for him 1-3 days a week, and is always punctual, excited to see him, and really works well with him. Our son lights up as soon as she walks in. She takes him for walks, swims in the pool with him, sings, and keeps him very entertained between naps. She is really excellent and I would highly recommend her to any parent looking for a nanny.
