I'd describe my personality as introverted meaning I don't do things people around my age usually do like partying, smoking, etc. I'd also say I'm engaging. I like to ask not only kids, but people in general about interests and things they like etc. Lastly I'd say I'm an over achiever. When my teachers tell us students you only need to do a certain amount of work, I usually end up doing more so that I have time for other things so you could say that I'm good at time management too! I like working with kids because I love how kids are so full of positivity and happiness. I like that if I can help make a kids day, that will in turn make my day as well! One thing you should know about me is that I've been working with kids for a while. My boss told me she was impressed with me and that I was the only person who went above and beyond.
