Hi! My name is Lily, and I would describe my personality as outgoing, playful and compassionate. I started working with children when I was 13 years old, beginning as a babysitter for families in my neighborhood. Since then, I have continued building my childcare experience in a variety of settings, including working as a full-time nanny for a year caring for a child until they were old enough to start school. I have also worked as a summer camp counselor, where I created a fun, engaging and safe environment for children throughout the summer. I am currently working at HomeGoods, but I am looking to return to nannying because caring for children is what I truly enjoy most. I have also taken college courses in Early Childhood Education which have given me valuable knowledge about child development, learning and creating age appropriate activities.
