Hello! I'm Kathleen, 23 years old and passionate about working with children. I've gained experience shadowing in elementary schools and working at a daycare/preschool since August 2024. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I've worked with children ages 2-5, including infants and school-aged children in the latchkey program. My approach focuses on creating a safe, structured, and creative environment where children can learn and grow. I enjoy seasonal crafts, pretend play, encouraging independence, and planning fun outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind, always open to collaborating with parents to meet specific needs or challenges. I'm currently looking for a summer position, I am available Monday through Friday with some weekend availability, aiming for around 30 hours per week.
