I have loved caring for children since I was a young child. My first babysitter job was at 11 years old. At 13, I cares for 2 month old, twin boys during my summer break, and constantly set for this family each follow summer break. I am a believer in Jesus Christ. I am a wife and mother of 6 grown children. My husband and I attended Valley Mills Christian Church. I have cared for other peoples children in my home for the last 30+ years. I am an Indiana, licensed teacher. I have taught ELS through an online platform, SPED at Damar and Damar Charter, and second and third-grade at Central Christian Academy. I have experience as a learning coach in all grade levels, with my own children, via an online public school (Hoosier Academy, Connections Academy, and Stride, INDLS). I am trained in Science of Reading, and currently Read more working on my Early Literacy Endorsement. I play piano, and have taught piano at a local nonprofit performing arts center. Before staying home with my own children for 20 years, I was a Home Health Aide, so I also have knowledge in taking vitals, assisting with medication, My hobbies include Beekeeping, gardening, upholstery and sewing. I prefer to watch children at my house.
