I am retired & moved to the Stuart area 5 years ago to be closer to my daughters and grandchildren. I have wonderful twin daughters, who are now grown. I have two very sweet grandchildren. I have past experience running the daycare part of a Montessori school & also worked as a kindergarten teacher's assistant. I enjoy contributing to my community. I'm looking for babysitting jobs (mainly date nights), for extra spending money. I speak Spanish & Portuguese as well. I'm reliable and I love being around children. I enjoy playing with them, watching movies & reading to them. I like fixing healthy meals and snacks. I have several excellent references. Patricia regularly sits for our 3 elementary aged children. She is on time, flexible, kind, and has lots of energy. She plays games with the kids and takes them to the pool. We have a large dog as well that she is completely comfortable with. I had never used sittercity before but we really needed a sitter on a regular basis. I am so glad we tried sittercity because we found Patricia.

Our family was staying at Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach. My husband and I never hire babysitters or nannies during vacations, it just seems a little too risky having someone you've never met before watch your children at a hotel. However, it was our anniversary and we really wanted to go celebrate for a few hours. The concierge recommended Patricia, and we are so happy she did. Patricia was professional in her interactions, kept constant communication with us to ensure she knew our plans and when we needed her, was reassuring, and most importantly, kind and caring. Our children are a little intense, but Patricia was completely unfazed. We would recommend her highly!
