Let me tell you a little bit about my extensive experience as a caregiver and why I think I'd be a great fit for your family. I have been working with children since I was 13 years old, (currently 21 years old) starting as an assistant teacher at my Temple, taking care of little ones aged 2-4. Since then, I've gained valuable experience babysitting my younger cousins, who has autism, as well as my two younger siblings. During my time in high school, I enrolled in a program that allowed me to be an assistant teacher for an 11th-grade U.S History class, as well as a 4th and 5th-grade classroom. Additionally, I've had the opportunity to nanny for several different families that would stay at Calamigos Guest Ranch Resort in Malibu. As a First Aid/CPR/AED certified caregiver, I take the safety and well-being of children very seriously. In addition, my Read more time at Build-a-bear workshop taught me how to entertain kids by adding fun to their bear-making experience. Currently, I'm a part-time nanny for two lovely children, now ages 7 and 4, in Malibu, with whom I've been for the past year. My schedule is very flexible and accommodating to your family's needs. I have experience taking care of children of all ages, from changing diapers to bathing infants, to preparing meals and feeding, as well as light housekeeping and transportation needs. Your kids will always be having fun with activities like arts & crafts, scavenger hunts, playing superheroes/princess, having mini concerts/dance parties, doing plays, and anything fun and creative to make sure the kiddos are entertained but also stimulating their brains at the same time!
