Hi! I'm CJ, a former preschool teacher, afterschool director, and athletic coach with 10+ years of experience, newly arrived in the city and excited to meet my next great family! My greatest strength is my versatility. Whether your child is athletic, artistic, a bookworm, or a quiet dreamer, I connect with them on their level. My days are filled with a balanced mix of active play (gymnastics fundamentals, anyone?), creative projects, and cozy reading time. I'm just as comfortable leading a backyard obstacle course as I am discussing Hogwarts houses or building a pillow fort. I have a deep passion and extensive experience supporting neurodivergent children, using tailored strategies to ensure they feel understood, regulated, and empowered.

We really enjoyed having CJ as our part-time nanny from March to May 2020. They cared for our three kids (2, 4, and 9) and were a huge help with household chores and our dog. CJ was great at keeping our toddler engaged and helped our oldest with e-learning. While the e-learning was a challenge for everyone and there were a few late arrivals, CJ was a reliable and wonderful help to our family during a tough time. We're very grateful!

We had the pleasure of hiring CJ as a nanny for our multi-family pod during the COVID-19 lockdown (April - June 2020). The role was exceptionally demanding, caring for four children of widely varying ages, including our three children (infant, 5-year-old, and teenager) and a friend's 6-year-old. CJ exceeded every expectation. My husband, working remotely, consistently noted their remarkable ability to manage this diverse group with professionalism, punctuality, and unwavering positivity. They expertly maintained our infant's schedule while engaging the younger children in creative activities. Most notably, CJ formed a priceless bond with our teenage child, who was navigating a difficult period. CJ became a trusted mentor—a relatable peer who provided invaluable support while also maintaining a positive, authoritative presence that helped motivate them through virtual school. We saw a marked positive shift in our teen's well-being. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have CJ. They are a truly exceptional caregiver.

CJ is a wonderful babysitter/caregiver, who took care of my autistic child for several years. CJ assisted her in preparing for school -assisting in picking out clothes, making sure she completed her hygiene, assisted in doing her hair, making sure she had breakfast and got her on the bus. CJ treated her with respect and handled her occasionally meltdowns with ease. CJ also had great communication with all things to myself and my daughter. My daughter really enjoyed CJ watching her and I really appreciated the professionalism and willingness to work extra if need be.
