Hi, my name is Michaela. I have over 10 years of childcare experience, including babysitting, professional nannying, AuPair support, and leadership roles in early childhood education. I worked as a Lead Teacher and Assistant Director at a bilingual international daycare, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.
