We highly recommend Rosa as a dedicated, caring, thoughtful babysitter! Rosa really became a trusted and beloved part of our family while she babysat our two children for over four years (from ages 9 months on up; our oldest was 8 by the end of our time with Rosa). We experienced the start of COVID together, and remained careful with our health and our family's needs. She is very hands on and loving with babies and children, and helped us around the house in various ways. Rosa shared her gift of Spanish language with our two children as well. She was flexible in scheduling, and kept open communication lines. She was always on time, and enjoyed outdoor adventures with the kids, taking them to parks and also appointments. We are so grateful for our time together and for her support. Our children still talk about Rosa and how much they love her.

Five stars is not enough for Rosa, she needs an entire galaxy. She has exceptional child development skills, a nurturing approach, and passion for working with children. She has been with our family for almost two years and my son loves her so much. She possesses the qualities that are essential for success in childcare, including patience, empathy, and a genuine love for fostering the well-being of little ones. One of her most admirable qualities is her open and effective communication. She keeps both my husband and I well-informed about our sons activities, well being and development. She has been a great partner in potty training, introducing him to a variety of foods and immersing him in the Spanish language. Rosa is a hard worker that puts our son first, she has been a great help around our home and we genuinely love her like one of the family.
