Hello! My name is Vanessa, and I’m currently a Physician Assistant student with a background in childcare, education, and healthcare. I’ve worked with children for several years, including two years as a children’s counselor at the Sports Club of Naples and later at Extreme Youth Sports in Tampa. I’ve also tutored kids in subjects like math and Spanish, which helped me develop patience, creativity, and strong communication skills. To prepare for PA school, I earned my Medical Assistant certification along with CPR/AED/First Aid and BLS certifications, and I worked as a MA for about 3 years. These experiences strengthened my ability to be attentive, kind, empathetic, and safety-focused while caring for children.
