Hi! I’m Yanci, a caring, responsible, and dependable person with a genuine love for children and animals! I’m currently a college student majoring in Psychology, and I enjoy learning about child development and creating positive, nurturing environments. I have hands-on childcare experience with newborns, infants, and toddlers and older. I’ve helped care for my younger sister since she was a baby, cared for my little cousin from newborn through toddlerhood, and currently help care for my one-month-old niece. These experiences have taught me patience, attentiveness, and the importance of understanding each child’s individual needs. I’m comfortable with feeding, diaper changes, preparing meals, engaging children in fun, age-appropriate activities, and maintaining a safe, loving environment. I’m also a huge animal lover! I have six dogs, including German Shepherds, a Husky, a Pekingese, and a Japanese Chin. Being around dogs of different breeds and sizes has made me very comfortable with pets, Read more so I’m happy to work with families who have furry family members! Outside of childcare, I enjoy reading, painting, and spending time with family. I’d describe myself as compassionate, patient, organized, and trustworthy. I have completely open availability, including weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, and nights.
