Christine was hired as a temp in the mornings for a week when our regular childcare person was away on vacation (and another temp we had decided on completely flaked on us!). Christine was delightful - she was able to win over our 18 month old in quick fashion, reading books, playing and goofing around, and taking her places. There was no iPad or TV involved - Christine entertained our little one without using any distractions other than her active, personal engagement. She quickly adapted to our child's schedule. As I worked from home while Christine was around, I was able to observe her interactions with our kiddo. She managed mealtimes and naps well, as well as fussiness due to teething pain. She was very attuned to our child's needs and shifted gears easily when needed. Christine is definitely a pro who saved us in a pinch! We still keep in touch and use her every once in a while. Our little girl loves her.
