Hi! I’m Makenna, a CNA, lifeguard, and freshman education major at UW–Eau Claire. I’ve always had a natural love for helping and caring for others, which is a big part of why I’m studying education. I’ve been around kids my whole life and have lots of hands-on experience watching my younger cousins, including a full summer of babysitting them daily. That experience taught me how to keep things fun while also staying organized and responsible. As a CNA and lifeguard, I’m trained to stay calm under pressure and always put safety first. I’m CPR and first-aid certified, so parents can feel confident that their kids are in safe hands. I love keeping kids active and engaged; whether we’re playing outside, doing crafts, helping with homework, or just having silly conversations. I’d describe myself as friendly, patient, and reliable.
