Hi families, My name is Isir, and I’m so glad you’re here! I’m originally from Seattle and moved to Arizona last year to start a new chapter. Since arriving, I’ve focused on rediscovering my passion for working with kids. I began nannying for local families — something I had also done back home — and it reminded me just how much I love supporting children as they grow. I’m a licensed educator with more than 9 years of experience working with children from toddlers through teens (ages 1–16). My background spans teaching in the classroom, serving as an operations manager (where I honed my organizational and planning skills), and now overseeing an after-school youth program. This experience has given me a deep understanding of child development, effective communication, and building positive routines that help children thrive.
