I spent a large majority of my teenage years looking after my younger cousins and family friends children, and I also have experience working at a daycare. I worked mostly in the infant room with the children being anywhere from 3 months to 12 months, but I also helped out in the other classrooms so I have worked with children who were 12 months to 12 years. Spending so much of my time with my younger cousins made me realize how much I loved working with kids and after working at the daycare for a few months I decided that my dream job would be anything in the Early Childhood Education field, and continuing to find work on Sittercity will definitely help me on the road to my dream job!

Hello families! Kyla was a wonderful nanny for our 2-year-old son. She is thoughtful, kind, patient, and incredibly trust-worthy. We loved having her as a part of our family. She cared deeply for our kiddo and always provided an environment that was fun and joyful. From visiting new parks, taking him to lots of new classes (like gymnastics or dance), or trying new/silly crafts; Kyla was always doing new things to help our son develop, grow, and have fun. She was also super involved in our parenting. Our son is a toddler with lots of big emotions. We would chat a lot about how to address new behaviors and come up with a plan together on how to deal or address them. She truly was an integral part of our “parenting team" and was dedicated to his care. Sincerely, we love Kyla and know that any family would be lucky to have her!!
