Hello my name is Michelle :) Just got my degree to be a SLPA. I work for Ontario school district as an instructional aide for special needs. I have been a nanny since 2013 and currently do it on the side to help pay for my school tuition. I love working with kids they teach me something new each day. I was a Sunday school teacher for ages 3-6 and prepared lesson plans and activities for my students to stay engaged with what I was teaching. As far as being a nanny I have babies for 3 families and ages have varied from toddlers to ages 13 and up. On my current role I help aide for a student that is 12 years old and help her meet her IEP needs.
