Hi, my name is Makayla! I’m currently looking for some additional child care hours. I’ve been working with children for over 6 years in both daycare settings and as a private nanny for three wonderful families. I currently work full-time in an office while pursuing my Bachelor’s in Middle Grades Education with a focus in English and writing. Before transitioning to office work, I nannied full-time and loved the opportunity to help children learn, grow, and have fun in a safe, structured environment. I’ve cared for children from 3 months to 15 years old, with experience watching up to four at a time. I enjoy crafts, baking, exploring outdoors, and keeping kids engaged with activities that match their interests. I’m comfortable helping with homework, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation. I’m fully vaccinated, CPR and First Aid certified, and am able to provide references.
