I’m currently a student at the University of Illinois studying elementary education, with about two years of childcare experience. I’ve helped raise my 4 year old nephew and also work in my local church’s Sunday school. As a childcare staff member at my church, I’ve served as a substitute teacher and worked in the nursery, caring for up to 10 children at a time depending on their ages. While I enjoy working with kids of all ages, I especially love caring for toddlers and elementary-aged children. In addition to childcare, I can assist with household chores and errands. I also have pet care experience, having worked at a pet daycare and volunteered at a veterinary clinic. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, have my own car, and offer a very flexible schedule. We couldn’t be happier with our experience having Victoria watch our two girls (ages 4 and 7) for a much-needed date night. From the moment she arrived, she was warm, professional, and fully engaged with the girls. Victoria came prepared with age-appropriate activities and was incredibly patient and attentive. Both of our daughters couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had and asked when she could come back! I also appreciate how she updated us throughout the evening.
