Hello! My name is Aiyanna, but I go by Anna. I’m currently finishing my graduate studies while working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I have a strong background in working with children of all ages and abilities, including children with autism and other developmental needs. I’m comfortable supporting communication using AAC devices and adapting to each child’s individual needs. I also have a deep love for music and creativity. I sing and play piano, guitar, and ukulele, and I often incorporate music, play, and movement into my work with kids to keep things engaging and fun. I’ve been working with children since I was 13 through babysitting, tutoring, youth programs, and music lessons, so building trust and meaningful connections comes naturally to me.

Aiyanna came and did a trial shift with us and we were thoroughly impressed with her. She was prompt and professional, but she also really engaged well with our children and played with them in age-appropriate ways. We are hiring her full time!
