I love being a sitter because caring for others—whether children, pets, or elders—brings me a deep sense of joy, purpose, and connection. Every individual has their own personality and needs, and I truly enjoy forming meaningful bonds with those I care for. Whether it's sharing a laugh with a child, comforting a pet, or offering companionship and support to an elderly adult, I find it incredibly rewarding to be a steady, nurturing presence in people's lives. Being trusted to support families and households in such personal ways is something I take great pride in. With 12 years of hands-on experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with children of all ages—from newborns to teens—as well as caring for family pets and elderly individuals. I’ve provided full-time and part-time child care, assisted with school routines, playtime, meal prep, homework, and bedtime. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, a strong communicator, and skilled at managing busy schedules and unexpected situations with calm and care. I’m familiar with positive discipline strategies, developmental milestones, and creating safe, engaging environments. I’m also comfortable with potty training, sleep routines, screen-free activities, and adapting to each family’s specific needs and preferences.
