Hi! My name is Howana, and I’m a caring, dependable, and experienced childcare provider with a strong background in both caregiving and healthcare. My passion for working with children started early. My mother is a nurse and also ran a nursery and preschool, so I grew up around early childhood care, learning the importance of structure, safety, and nurturing development from a young age. I began babysitting at 16 years old, starting with children from family and friends, and later expanded into part-time caregiving roles. These experiences helped me build patience, responsibility, and strong communication skills. I am also a certified Medical Assistant with CPR/BLS certification, which adds to my ability to provide safe, attentive care in different situations. As a mother of a 3-year-old, I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy who will care for your child with patience, love, and consistency.
