I am currently a preschool teacher and director, where I handle a maximum of 8 children on my own(other adults nearby if needed), and write, plan and teach all my own lesson plans. I deeply enjoy working with children and families that may be in a circumstance that is beyond their control and just need an extra hand to stand up high and thrive in life as a family. I have worked as a preschool teacher for 5 years and have worked as a nanny/babysitter since I was 10. I have extensive experience working with children on the spectrum including non-verbal children.
