Hi! My name is Sigrid. I have a B. S. in Early Childhood Education from University of Nevada-Reno. My ECE degree focused on ages 0 to 8 years. My formal work experience is as follows: I worked with ages 0-5 at the BP Early Learning Center in Anchorage, Alaska. I was also a Resource TA for the ASD in Anchorage. After that, I worked for 5 years at CU1's accredited Learning Center. I most recently worked for 5 years as a second grade teacher for CCSD in Las Vegas. During my time in Vegas, I was a finalist for the Heart of Education Awards for CCSD Teachers in 2021. Some of my favorite things to do are reading, dramatic play, blocks/Legos, arts & crafts (as provided by parents), and books books books! I am a huge proponent of natural consequences and positive reinforcement. Thank you for your time!
