I am a rising senior at Vanderbilt University but I am originally from Parkersrburg. I currently help care for my 5-year-old little brother, babysitting and watching over him regularly since he was 6 months old. In school, I also babysit a 7 year old boy and 11 year old girl. I also have represented West Virginia as their State Youth of the Year in 2021 and 2022 through the Boys and Girls Club of America. I am a mentor at Antioch High School in Antioch Tennessee, guiding 11th graders on post-graduation pathways in Tennessee and beyond. Additionally, this past summer I was selected as a mentor for the Hispanic Scholarship Fund Young Leaders Summit, assisting students with the college application process including financial aid.
