Hello, my name is Esther and I have an AA Degree in Child Development, as well as a Lead Montessori Teacher Certificate. I’m a former Preschool & Kindergarten Montessori Teacher- from 2012-2020. I worked as a teacher for 8 years, and as an assistant, four years prior to becoming a teacher- for a total of 12 years, paid experience. I enjoy working with children and making a positive impact in their lives, which is irrevocable. It's very rewarding to teach them the fundamental aspects of life, which they will work on perfecting for the rest of their lives! I enjoy babysitting because I get to bond with an individual child or siblings in a smaller, house-warming setting, in which the child feels comfortable and gets one-on-one attention. I am a mother to three wonderful boys, ages: 1, 3 and 12. They are the biggest blessings in my life! I definitely understand how busy it gets for parents to work and also fulfill their responsibilities as parents. My goal is to facilitate the process of a parent's busy life and free their schedule, as I support them by being a reliable person with whom they can entrust their precious children and in whom they can count on, over and over again! I have a safe playroom, specifically dedicated to my younger children, with many fun toys, games and educational activities for different ages; it’s certainly a safe, fun and hands-on setting where exploration, creativity and learning will take place!
