I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy working with children and creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment where they can learn and grow. Over the past several years, I’ve worked with children of different ages through afterschool programs, summer camps, mentoring programs, and school settings. I currently work as an Assistant Expanded Learning Director and I’ve also worked as a Recreation Leader, Lead Youth Mentor, Instructional Aide, and Recreation Specialist. These roles have given me experience supervising children, planning engaging activities, supporting academics, communicating with families, and managing behaviors in a positive and respectful way. I am CPR and First Aid certified, CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certified, and skilled in leadership, organization, behavior management, and creating structured, caring environments where children feel comfortable, safe, and supported.
