Hi! I’m a college student at Cal Poly who is new to professional childcare but has several years of experience working with and mentoring kids. I’ve spent 6 years teaching at summer camps, leading activities and supervising groups, and completed a year-long internship with Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Luis Obispo County, where I helped supervise mentorship programs and spent time doing one-on-one activities with children. I’ve also had 7 years of intermittent babysitting experience caring for my godsister, worked briefly at Kumon tutoring kids in reading and math, and have taught alto saxophone lessons. These experiences have helped me develop patience, creativity, and strong communication skills with kids. I’m responsible, reliable, and have my own car for transportation. I enjoy creating a fun and supportive environment for kids and would love to help support your family!
