I have been working with children professionally for the past 4 years but have been babysitting since I was 16 years old. I have experience with children of all ages and different needs. I currently work as a School Aide/PCA and After School Teacher, where I support children with behavioral and instructional needs. I prioritize myself when working with any child that I do it in a safe, positive, and engaging way. Working in these environments has help me experience creating engaging activities, helping with learning routines, and communicating with families on the growth of their child’s needs. Growing up in a caregiving mindset family and helping care for younger family members/ family friends at a young age has helped shape my passion for childcare.
